Over Memorial Day weekend (May 30, 2011) Al Waterson and You hosted a fundraiser for the Oahu SPCA at Don Ho's Island Grill at Aloha Tower Marketplace. The non-stop entertainment was hosted by Al Waterson (singer, emcee, actor) and entertainers included Jordan Segundo, Yasmin Dar, Brianna Abregano, and Manel Quingua. The event also featured several of the Oahu SPCA's adoptable dogs and many local celebrities were in attendance.
In total, the fundraiser generated about $930 for the Oahu SPCA. We would like to thank everyone not only for their monetary donations, but also for helping to spread awareness about adoption and responsible pet ownership. It was lots of fun and we can't wait to do it again soon!
